TACK cast Idlers are obtained from special steel . The rim and wheel structure are fused, obtaining a single piece wheel, where needed with integrated reinforcements, to increase product robustness. The inner shaft hub and outer idler rim are induction hardened to achieve maximum wear resistance and increase overall product life. Lifetime lubricated with suited oil to obtain maximum lubrication performances.
Designed to be fully interchangeable with original equipment spare parts, can be installed with same procedures and same installation hardware used to install the original parts.

TACK track chains are specifically engineered to resist high-load and high-impact conditions and to be, at the same time, strong and durable, in order to perform perfectly in every working condition in the world.
Sealed greased chains with marster pins and lubricated chains with master links can match requirements from all clients. Links are forged from deep hardening steels and bushings are treated in special furnaces for high temperature carburizing process. Pins are deep induction hardened for maximum resistance to wear and fatigue and highly polished for better joint. Perfect sealability of chain joints in the most extreme conditions due to high-quality seal groups.
