TACK, a manufacturer of bulldozer and combine harvester undercarriage components, is building its export business on two promises: dimensional consistency part after part, and production capacity that holds steady under volume.

Quality begins on the factory floor. A newly commissioned V-855L vertical machining center from DA SHI YUAN holds tight tolerances on large-diameter bearing journals, while operators program each component directly from engineering drawings to protect dimensional repeatability across production runs. Machined parts move through an automated cleaning line to ensure the assembling peferectly.

Capacity stability comes from a tightly sequenced workflow, not from any single machine. Quick changeovers let the line switch between part numbers covering Komatsu, Caterpillar, and Shantui families, as well as CASE 580-series hubs, without losing output pace. Finished rollers are oiled, shrink-wrapped on fumigated pallets, and staged in the shipping warehouse. Fast-moving D6, D7, D155, D275, and CASE 580 numbers are kept in stock, supporting mixed-container shipments and shorter lead times for distributors and aftermarket resellers.

OEM-equivalent specifications and private-label packaging are available for trading partners. Sample orders, technical drawings, and quotation requests are welcome through the company’s contact channels.
